Excellent explanation. Gives a much clearer description than is usually provided. Just for clarity, how much carbon dioxide (or carbon dioxide equivalent) is needed to push the radiating level up 300 metres? Or put another way, how much higher is the limit now than it was prior to the industrial revolution?
